Challenged with the task of recruiting young & fresh undergraduates, and orienting them to the company’s 5Ps (Projects, Philosophy, Philanthropy, People and newly-launch Premises at Penjuru), HSL launched their get hitched program at the 2015 NTU Career Fair. Revolving around the word, “Discover”, the campaign took on a bold, casual and fun approach (versus the usual corporate slant) and showcased up-and-coming employees from the same alma mater.
With lime green as its notable colour choice, the clean booth and HSL’s young ambassadors stood out from the crowded Career Fair, attracting numerous sign-ups and a huge interest from the attendees. As part of the campaign, bi-fold flyers were given out along with a fun quiz, giving participants a chance to take home attractive prizes.
